We recognize that there is a need to expand the use of technology to help our patients who need medical care and keep vulnerable patients and patients with mild symptoms in their homes while giving them access to the care they need.
Each patient's case will be evaluated to determine if it's eligible for telemedicine. Telemedicine visits will vary from doctor to doctor. Availability to be announced shortly.
While the visit may be done via a phone call - a video call will result in a more comprehensive visit. The video services we will be utilizing are: FaceTime, Skype, Whatsapp & Google Video Messaging.
Should you need imaging/testing prior to your telemedicine appointment our providers will be able to order it for you at an outpatient radiology center. This will allow our providers to review the imaging/testing during your visit.
Most insurances are covering telemedicine visits temporarily during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Please call our office to see if you are eligible for a telemedicine visit and to schedule your appointment.
Dr. Matthew Seidel & Dr. Judd Cummings are seeing patients via telemedicine starting the week of 3/23/2020. Other providers - to be determined. Call our office to see if your provider is offering telemedicine services.
*Disclaimer: This is being offered as a temporary service to our patients as a way to provide medical care during the COVID-19 outbreak. This is an unprecedented situation facing the medical community - we will continue to adapt and make adjustments where needed as we go along.
